Downtown Dash Virtual 5K Fun Run/Walk

The 10th Annual Downtown Dash will be virtual again this year. All you need to do is run or walk your race any time before between: May 17th - 31st. The event is open to the public.


Be sure to follow social distancing and other safety measures provided by the State of MN and your local government regarding COVID-19 as you participate.  


Follow these 3 easy steps to run/walk your 5K!

  • Step 1: Walk or run ANYTIME between May 17th - 31st and record your race time using: Strava, MapMyRun, or a simple stopwatch. 

  • Step 2: Click HERE

    • To submit your name, run date and race completion time.

    • Run/walk times must be submitted by 11:59 pm on May 31, 2021.

  • Step 3: Submit a selfie on Downtown Dash 5k Facebook:

    • Use the hashtag #SweatySelfie!

    • Post on

    • Submit a selfie after your run/walk or a pic of the location you ran/walked! 

      • In providing a photo or selfie you allow AdvantageHealth to share your pic on the Downtown Dash website and other event social media. 

  • If you've opted for a T-shirt as part of their registration package, it will be mailed out in early June.
